Growthpoint Properties requested Aspiration to set up an electronic version of their PDP’s (Performance Contracts). We assisted by appointing a full time resource to assist them to build performance contracts on the Aspiration system for all key jobs. Once this was done, the system was introduced and Growthpoint Properties has now become fully self-sufficient in managing the process and the system. They been using Aspiration successfully over the past 4 years to manage their bi-annual performance reviews.
