Employees can conduct self reviews and the system will e mail their manager once they have completed. Managers then go in and see the self reviews and can conduct a one on one to complete.
There are electronic reminders that are system generated and a multitude of reports to analyse performance results and co-ordinate development activities
Dashboards track the completion of self reviews and manager reviews. On cycle closure the results are archived retaining the information of position, manager and department that applied at the time of the archive
On cycle opening all contracts are imported at the push of a button to bring the previous contracts across to the new period. Managers can edit and assign contracts on the system. Existing performance contracts can be copied to a new employee from a job benchmark or another employees’ KPI’s.
