How the capability Module has helped clients:

Five years ago, Engen Operations division faced the imminent loss of several long serving highly competent managers. This was mainly due to retirement. There was an absence of rigorous capability programmes to drive up competence of managers, supervisors and their direct reports. The new managers would need to step into the shoes of highly experienced operators who had in excess of 30 years’ service. Aspiration provided the company with the tools to drive the Engen Operations Academy a programme aimed at bridging the experience gap. This comprised of a process and software for managing effective on the job training. The programme was rolled out to all depots and terminals and is used currently for monitoring assessed competence of all operations’ employees.
