How the 360 Review module has helped our clients:

JSE Company Logo

In 2016, Aspiration  set up a 360 Review process for the JSE that they have used annually since then. We introduced functionality at their request to allow employees to nominate other employees to conduct 360 reviews subject to managerial approval. The process is administered by Aspiration and employees are able to rate their manager, direct reports, colleagues, customers and conduct a self-rating. This approach had allowed JSE to measure the value adherence in the organisation and to introduce programmes to address specific issues that need attention.
